Recent completed projects include mobile powered belt conveyors, stainless steel conveyors and a scissor lift conveyor.

*Taylor-Made Mobile Powered Belt Conveyor:

One of the mobile belt conveyors tailored to suit the end-users’ specific requirements, was approx. 2,000 mm long x 400 mm wide and included a small feed hopper to collect the pressings beneath the press. Please see pictures opposite.

*Handling Cellulose Material:

The stainless steel conveyors have again been tailored to the specific application of handling a cellulose material.

Two identical conveyors were supplied each with a stainless steel integral drum drive motor, high side guides, food quality main belt plus static side belting to form a seal between the main belt and the bed. Mesh under-guarding was included on each conveyor, hinged to the bed for easy access when cleaning the equipment.

*Moving On Up:

The conveyor lift is part of an assembly operation allowing operators to work comfortably on the adjustable height scissor lift platform. The lift has automatic height adjustment via a foot-operated switch. A small gravity roller conveyor is mounted on the lift platform to assist transfer of assembly products on and off the lift.
