As you will see from our website application details, we specialise in unit load handling i.e. we normally move individual items, such as boxes, components etc. not products in bulk form such as aggregate, sand, cement. Within the specific field of unit load handling, the variety of applications and the industries served are immense. A random selection of current projects, for example, illustrates this point:
Conveyors for moving metal and plastic electrical goods.
Conveyors for moving heavy goods on pallets.
Stainless steel rotary tables for pharmaceutical products.
Where products need to be moved, conveyors are often the most cost-effective solution. Why not contact us for any help you may need with your specific handling problem.

*Assembly/Installation
For conveyors greater than 4 m long, we normally assemble and fully install at site, including electrical connection and commissioning. Units less than 4 m in length would normally be assembled and run tested in our factory prior to despatch. Site assembly and installation with our own installation engineers ensures guarantees are maintained, if any field problems should arise.

*Product Slippage/Belt Dressing
We have previously discussed this topic in our recent news updates. We have had a number of comments, which may be helpful. If a particular product slips, it may be possible to stop this by ensuring a product that does not slip is placed below it to act as a 'brake'. Another tip - use a friction tape on the base of boxes that might tend to slip can reduce the problem. Hope these tips help?
