• June continued the high activity level mentioned in our last News Update, both for new enquiries and orders. Of particular interest is the increased level of work associated with overseas projects.

*Combination Gravity and Power Roller Conveyors:

• We have a major new order for a combination of gravity and power roller conveyors, ball-tables, pneumatic chain transfers and associated controls for handling paper products in plastic boxes and as loose bundles ahead of a wrapping machine

*Heavy-Duty Gravity Roller Conveyors:

• Further order for overseas involves the supply of several heavy-duty gravity roller conveyors with turntables to facilitate movement of plastic box pallets, each weighing up to 300 kg. This particular project is on a ‘Fast track’ schedule to meet our customer’s urgent programme.

*Mezzanine Floor Conveyor:

• We have also just received an order for another inclined powered belt conveyor to move lightweight, bulky foam cushion upholstery products to a new mezzanine floor.

• The conveyor will be located outside the building to allow vehicles to be unloaded directly onto the conveyor belt. An enclosure will be installed around the conveyor for weather protection and security.

* Range of Modular Conveyors:

• In our last News Update we introduced the new range of modular aluminium/flexible link type conveyors. We are very pleased to confirm we are working jointly with Monk Automation to develop the range and general aluminium based conveyor products.
