New Projects!

• Since our last up-date we have been working on some challenging new projects.

• See what Rusmail Conveyors are doing to help our clients solve their handling problems.

*Brake Assembly Line:

• This project covers a range of conveyor equipment including powered roller conveyors, powered belt conveyors, gravity roller conveyors, ball-tables and chute.

• This forms an integral part of a complete, automated assembly line designed and supplied by others.

*Fuel Tank Product Line:

• This project covered two large gravity roller conveyors to provide an automated feed system. The tanks are large bulky items which need to be transferred at 90° at 2 points using pneumatic actuators, sensors and pneumatic stop gates.

• The system was factory assembled and fully tested before being delivered and installed at the manufacture's works where it is now working very successfully.

*Other Conveyor Highlights:

Flighted Belt Conveyor

• We had some very positive feedback on the flighted belt conveyor featured in our 15 April News Update. Our customer has said the unit performs exactly as required and they are looking at further units on other forming machines.

Handling System

• We have recently completed the mechanical and electrical installation of a major handling system involving 2 identical lines of heavy duty powered belt conveyors and associated control systems.
• The installation is on 2 levels with inclined belt conveyors transferring products between floors. This project required our installation services only as the main equipment came from overseas.

*Feasibility Studies:

• We are always very pleased to assist you with evaluating the feasibility of upgrading an existing installation to match changing operations.

• An example involves mezzanine floor conveyors where several existing stores are operating without conveyors, but the quantity of product and loads have increased such that conveyors would be beneficial to reduce handling costs as well for Health and Safety reasons.
• We have surveyed the site and reported our recommendations. Hopefully, we shall get the green light to proceed to install the conveyor.
