Mezzanine Floor Warehouse Storage:
A Rusmail Mezzanine Floor Conveyor for handling large, heavy electrical goods. Note the confined space available for the installation.
Designs available from 150 to 750Kg UDL
Standard belts widths, between 400 and 800mm - other widths up to 2500mm on request.
Varying mezzanine heights can be readily accommodated.
One/two way operation: end or 'centre' drive.
Full safety features - side guards, underguarding, emergency stops, photo sensors.
Options include power feeder, noseover, gravity track, mobile chassis, gravity roller/ball table feed/off take sections, hydraulically controlled height variation.

Vehicle Loading & Unloading Conveyors:
This is a specialist area and essentially there are 3 options using conveyors depending on the preferred conveyor type and available budget.
All three options are designed for safe working and are available as mobile units for ease of movement of the conveyor for positioning and/or storage as needed:
Option 1:
Gravity Roller Conveyors i.e. non-powered. This type of conveyor as pictured, consists of gravity rollers, which can be extended/closed to suit and is mounted on castors for mobility. The simplest conveyor for loading/unloading applications is the Expandaveyor. Alternatively, the Expressway range of extendible gravity roller conveyors with up to 15 m open length can be used for loading and unloading vehicles with or without a loading dock.
Option 2:
Powered Belt Conveyors as pictured can be used as stand alone or in conjunction with gravity conveyors for loading and unloading as the belt is reversible. The simplest powered belt conveyor is the fixed boom Vehicle Loader with or without a gravity (non-powered) Expandaveyor tongue at the top end. The Expandaveyor will operate inside the Vehicle and can be extended up to approx. 10 metres, depending on the required duty. The top and bottom ends of the loader are adjustable to suit specific requirements.
A further all-powered option is available using a flexible powered roller conveyor either inside or outside the vehicle in conjunction with a powered belt style Vehicle Loader.
Option 3:
Powered Belt Conveyor loader/unloader with telescopic boom MTC series as pictured. The largest unit available allows up to approx. 15 m extension inside the vehicle.
